How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location:
- Contiguous US (48 states): Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days; Express shipping takes 2–4 business days.
- Alaska & Hawaii: Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days; Express shipping takes 4–7 business days.
- International: Delivery times vary by destination. We ship to 27 countries via USPS and DHL Express with carrier-calculated rates.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $35 or more within the contiguous United States. Orders under $35 ship for a flat rate of $4.99.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also visit our Track Order page and enter your order number to check the latest status.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to 27 countries worldwide through USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

Are your products guaranteed?
Absolutely. Every product at Sparten Sports is inspected for quality before it ships from our fulfillment centers. If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be modified, but you can return it under our 30-day return policy after delivery.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
We do offer bulk pricing for teams, leagues, and organizations. If you are interested in placing a large order, please reach out to us at support@sparten.store with details about the products and quantities you need, and we will provide a custom quote.
