We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn't right — wrong size, not what you expected, or it just doesn't work for you — we've got you covered. Here's how our return process works.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately can't offer a refund or exchange.
The delivery date is based on tracking confirmation from the shipping carrier. If tracking shows your order was delivered but you didn't receive it, contact us at [EMAIL] right away so we can help sort it out.
2. Eligibility
Eligible for Return
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn — not used in practice, games, workouts, or daily wear
- In original packaging — including all tags, labels, and any included accessories
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or other signs of use
Not Eligible for Return (Final Sale)
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked "Final Sale" on the product page at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Bundled items returned partially (all items in a bundle must be returned together)

3. How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Email us at [EMAIL] with the subject line "Return Request"
- Include your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
- Tell us why — a quick note helps us improve (optional but appreciated)
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item using the instructions provided
Please don't send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed and could be sent back to you.
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your returned item, here's what to expect:

Total estimated time from return delivery to refund in your account: 9-15 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We're unable to refund to a different card or payment method.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
5. Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead of a refund? We're happy to help.
- Email us at [EMAIL] with the subject line "Exchange Request"
- Let us know which item you'd like and the size/color you need
- We'll check availability and set up the exchange
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund so you can reorder when it's back. Exchange shipping is free when the exchange is due to our error; otherwise standard return shipping policies apply.
6. Return Shipping
- Returns due to our error (wrong item, defective product, item not as described): We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- All other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.): You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method — we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.
For your protection, we strongly recommend:
- Using a shipping service with tracking
- Keeping your tracking number until the refund is confirmed
- Insuring valuable shipments
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Received something damaged or defective? We're sorry about that — let's make it right.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [EMAIL] with the subject line "Damaged Item"
- Include photos of the damage and your order number
- We'll arrange a free return or replacement — no hassle
For damaged items, we'll either:
- Send a replacement at no charge (if in stock)
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
You won't need to pay for return shipping on damaged or defective items.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeline:
- Check your bank account or credit card statement — sometimes refunds take a few extra days to appear
- Contact your bank or card issuer — there's often a processing period before a refund is posted
- Still nothing? Email us at [EMAIL] with the subject line "Missing Refund" and your order number. We'll track it down and make sure you get your money back.
